/p pbContinuous Improvement Project Engineer /b /p pVerona, Italy · On-site /p pbReports to: /bSite Manager /p h3The Role /h3 pReporting to the Site Manager, you'll drive continuous improvement and lead the site's capital investment (CAPEX) projects at our Verona plant.
You'll identify and deliver initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, safety and sustainability across manufacturing – and coordinate CAPEX projects end to end, on time, on budget and to spec.
Working closely with the Site Manager and cross-functional teams, you'll be a key driver of operational excellence and a real influence on the site's manufacturing strategy.
/p h3What You'll Do /h3 ul liLead continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing environment, analysing processes,
data and KPIs to find and deliver optimisation opportunities.
/li liCoordinate cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives, and support performance monitoring and action planning.
/li liFoster employee engagement and a culture focused on excellence and results.
/li liPlan, coordinate and monitor site CAPEX projects, ensuring compliance with budget, timelines and technical specifications.
/li liSupport business cases and the technical and economic evaluation of investment projects.
/li liManage suppliers, consultants and contractors across all project phases – from feasibility through installation, testing, start-up and handover of new equipment or process changes.
/li liEnsure all activities comply with company and group standards for safety, quality and environmental requirements.
/li /ul h3What You'll Bring /h3 ul liA Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Materials or equivalent).
/li li3–5 years' experience in manufacturing, ideally in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Project Engineering.
/li liExperience managing industrial projects and coordinating cross-functional activities.
/li liStrong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
/li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, a hands?on and proactive approach, and good written and spoken English.
