Eurointerim Qualification (Education, professional experience, additional skills) • Fluent in oral & written English • Commercial flair • Good communication skills • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite • Experience in customer service and project management • Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time and to assess priorities • Detail-oriented and well organized • Proficient in SAP Business One (plus) • Administration degree or similar or related to meet the requirements of education or experience (Please name max. 7 major tasks / responsibilities)Handle customer queries.
- Prepare sales quotations for workshop, onboard service and spare parts by adhering to all Everllence ES compliance guidelines and related offers to customers timely and accurately.
- Process equipment and service enquiries and purchase orders to suppliers; verify invoices from vendors.
- Coordinate with logistics department, freight companies and suppliers for timely delivery of equipment and services.
- Control delivery dates in sales orders through coordination with product centers.
- Complete special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and monthly meeting schedules; monitoring results.
- Support achievement of financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget preparation; monitoring costs; analyzing variances.
