Role Description For a long-term pharmaceutical project based in Emilia-Romagna, we are looking for an experienced Senior Process Engineer to support process engineering activities within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

The role will have a particular focus on product preparation and compounding processes, working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, CQV and Automation teams.

Main responsibilities:

- Support process engineering activities related to pharmaceutical production
- Provide technical expertise on preparation and compounding processes
- Support process equipment, mixing systems and preparation vessels
- Review P&IDs;,



technical specifications and process documentation
- Support troubleshooting and process optimization
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers and other engineering disciplines
- Support commissioning and start-up activities when required
- Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical standards

Requirements:

- Degree in Chemical, Process, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical background
- Significant experience in pharmaceutical process engineering
- Direct experience with preparation, compounding and/or formulation processes
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical process equipment and mixing systems
- Experience with CIP/SIP systems is considered a plus
- Good knowledge of GMP requirements
- Fluent Italian is required
- Good command of English
- Availability to work on site in Parma
