Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Change Management Consultant role is based in Milan and focuses on leading complex transformation initiatives for clients. The consultant will assess organizational readiness, design change management strategies, and develop detailed implementation plans to support business transformation programs. Daily activities include conducting stakeholder analyses, facilitating workshops and meetings, creating communication and training materials, and monitoring change adoption and impact.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, advising senior leadership on change risks and mitigation actions, and ensuring that project deliverables align with client objectives and timelines. The consultant will contribute to methodology development, support business development activities, and help mentor more junior team members.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and management consulting experience, with a track record of delivering change management and business transformation projects.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data,
assess change impacts, and develop actionable insights for decision-makers.
- Demonstrated expertise in business transformation, including process redesign, organizational change, and implementation of new operating models.
- Advanced communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear documentation, present to diverse stakeholders, and facilitate workshops and training sessions.
- Experience leading transformation programs in complex, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within large organizations or consulting firms.
- Ability to work on-site in Milan and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Proficiency with common project management and collaboration tools; formal change management or project management certifications are a plus.
