Borgo Pignano Florence, a luxury urban retreat affiliated with Relais & Châteaux, seeks a Revenue & Reservation Supervisor to implement revenue and reservation standards across Borgo Pignano Florence and Borgo Pignano Tuscany.

You will work with the Reservation Manager to handle multi-channel bookings, optimize occupancy, supervise daily tasks, train staff, and ensure data integrity in PMS/CRS/GDS while delivering a seamless guest experience.
