Superior Insurance Partners in Verona, WI is seeking a Commercial Lines CSR/Account Manager to deliver top-notch service to our valued clients. You will handle incoming calls, identify client needs, and assist with quoting, endorsements, and certificates.

You will also support renewals with the producer, prepare renewal proposals and pricing, and help grow the book of business through referrals while maintaining meticulous records of client interactions.
