Randstad Italia is looking for a high-caliber Executive Assistant to act as a trusted right hand to the Chief Executive Officer of our of our partners based in Rome. In this role, you will drive operational efficiency, streamline high-level communications, and help execute strategic priorities across the business.

Contract : Fixed term contract with possibility of renewal

What You’ll Do

- Strategic Time & Workflow Management: Mastermind the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritizing high-impact priorities and managing international travel logistics seamlessly.
- Gatekeeping & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the central point of contact for board members, key partners, and internal leadership teams (Finance, HR, Legal).
- Execution & Project Tracking:

Keep strategic initiatives on schedule by tracking action items, managing follow-ups, and driving cross-departmental alignment.
- High-Level Discretion: Handle sensitive, confidential business data with absolute integrity and sound judgment.
- Experience: 5+ years supporting C-Level Executives within global or fast-growth organizations.
- Languages: Native/Fluent English , professional Italian , and fluent Chinese (Mandarin) — essential for our international operations.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace and modern digital collaboration tools.
- Mindset: Exceptional executive presence, resilience under pressure, and a proactive "get-things-done" attitude.
- Direct exposure to high-level strategic decision-making alongside the CEO.
- Dynamic, global work environment with high visibility.
