Your Role
A highly skilled, organized visual storyteller and digital merchandiser who turns travel experiences into online content that sells. This person will own the full merchandising process for our marketplace — from photoshoots and photographer management, to product and category page optimization, to readying new products for launch.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage a freelance photographer network across Europe, assigning photographers to tours and briefing them to ensure brand-quality, on-theme visuals.
- Own PDP performance: manage thumbnails and image sliders, and run data analysis/A-B tests to improve CTR and conversion.
- Collaborate with copywriters to sharpen product narratives, inclusions, and category copy that convey value and drive sell-through.
- Manage e-commerce category structure, navigation, and product data standards.
- Audit product and category pages to fix weak visuals, missing content, or unclear messaging — using AI tools (e.g., Claude) where helpful.
- Oversee the new product pipeline on our marketplace, ensuring every new tour/experience is merchandising-ready (photos, PDP, category placement) before launch.
- Partner with Product,
Marketing, CX, and Partner teams to keep pages accurate, attractive, and conversion-focused.
Experience
- 4+ years in e-commerce, online merchandising, content production, or visual marketing, including coordinating photoshoots/photographers.
- Experience with product pages, e-commerce categories/taxonomy, or CMS platforms.
- Experience running A/B tests and analyzing CTR/conversion data to inform decisions.
- Experience managing a product launch pipeline in an e-commerce or marketplace setting.
- Tourism, hospitality, marketplace, or travel industry experience is a plus.
Skills
- Fluent in English
- Proficient using AI and Adobe tools to improve images.
- Comfortable with data/analytics tools to guide testing and optimization.
- Strong project management skills (e.g., Monday.com, Asana) to juggle shoots, launches, and stakeholders.
What we offer:
- Permanent Contract
- Salary Range: RAL €40,000 - €50,000
- Meal vouchers (€7 per day) in accordance with internal company policy
