The Lake Como EDITION is seeking an Assistant Purchasing Manager to support daily procurement operations across the hotel’s departments, ensuring timely ordering, receiving, and storage of goods. You will help manage inventory, vendor relationships, and cost-control initiatives to keep service levels high.

You will collaborate with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Finance, and other teams to ensure product quality and cost efficiency consistent with Marriott standards.
