Ignite is seeking an Italian Client Experience Representative to join our Lisbon-based team. The role requires on-site presence in Lisbon, Portugal, with 24/7 rotating shifts and a 40-hour work week.

You will serve as the primary contact for Italian users via calls, emails and live messaging channels, delivering friendly, efficient support. Ideal candidates are fluent in Italian and comfortable with English at a B2 level, with the flexibility to work rotating hours.
