HR Recruiter (Location: China – Overseas Position, Relocation Required)

We are looking for a reliable and experienced HR Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for our team — from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, and onboarding.

Please note: This job is based onsite in China. Relocation is required. If you are interested in working abroad and are willing to relocate, we welcome your application.

This role works closely with company leadership and handles sensitive candidate and employee information, so trust and discretion are essential.

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Sourcing

- Manage job postings across multiple platforms and proactively source candidates
- Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the candidate pipeline through to offer
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline volume, source effectiveness)

Onboarding & Documentation




- Prepare offer documents and coordinate onboarding for new hires
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records related to hiring

Internal Support & Process Improvement
- Be a go-to contact for hiring managers on recruitment status and candidate questions
- Help improve recruitment processes; open to learning AI and workflow/ATS tools
