Offerta Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement the Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001 and business objectivesEnsure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all functionsLead internal and external audit activities, managing relationships with certification bodiesMonitor quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiativesOversee non-conformities, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective actionsManage supplier quality, including evaluation, qualification,
and auditsEnsure control of processes, documentation, and product quality from incoming materials to final releasePromote data-driven decision-making through the use of statistical toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and technical teamsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standardsLead, coach, and develop the Quality teamCompetenze ed esperienza A successful Quality Plant Manager should have:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experienceSignificant experience in Quality roles within manufacturing/industrial xkiyazw environmentsStrong knowledge of ISO 9001 and Quality Management SystemsExperience in leading audits and managing certification processesSolid understanding of production processes and quality control methodologiesProven leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with statistical tools and quality methodologiesProficiency in MS Office and quality-related IT systemsEnglish proficiency: B2/C1 levelCompleta l'offerta Ottima possibilità di carriera.
