MAIN ACTIVITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support with the Pre production samples management and production launch, including documentation and logistics; Sebbene l'esperienza qualificato e le qualifiche siano fondamentali per questo ruolo, si assicuri di verificare di possedere le soft skill preferenziali, se richieste, prima di candidarsi.
- Assist in packaging validation to ensure quality standards;
- Support wear testing activities and prepare evaluation reports;
- Collect and analyze data on customer claims and returns to identify quality trends;
- Assist in reviewing QC reports and managing non-conformities with suppliers;
- Help prepare regular quality feedback reports for internal teams and suppliers;
- Maintain and update restricted Substances list technical documentation and material data sheets to ensure compliance;




- Support coordination of supplier audits (social and factory);
- Assist cross-functional teams with daily quality activities and internal requests.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficiency with the Office package (particularly Excel and PowerPoint);
- Intelligence, humor, focus on objectives;
- Practical mentality;
- Proactivity;
- Flexibility;
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills;
- Aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.

Excellent knowledge of English, another European language will be considered a plus. xrdztoy The reimbursement of expenses is equal to 600,00 euros/per month and meal tickets equal to 8,50 euros/day working at the office.
