Taiyo Holding Group is currently looking for a qualified QC Inspector, Aramco Approved to support inspection activities for an upcoming project in Italy. The role requires immediate availability and proven expertise in mechanical inspection of valves and piping units, ensuring strict compliance with Aramco standards and international codes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct third‑party inspections for Non‑Slam Check Valves at vendor facilities (Cameron SRL, Italy).
- Review and verify Material Test Certificates (MTCs), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Quality Control procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Aramco standards (QM07 discipline) and applicable international codes (API, ASME, ISO).
- Witness and validate inspection stages including:
- Visual inspection of valve body and components.
- Dimensional checks and hydrostatic testing.
- Non‑Destructive Testing (NDT) as per project requirements.
- Issue Inspection Release Notes (IRNs) and prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, procurement teams, and client representatives.
- Support resolution of non‑conformities and corrective actions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of inspection experience in oil & gas or related industries.
- Aramco approval (QM07 discipline) is mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work within a technical team.
- Proficiency in the English language.
- Immediate availability to start.
