What You'll Do
You'll play a key role within our Global Product Platform team by:
- Defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Leading the development of innovative machine control solutions for road construction.
- Collaborating with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations across multiple regions.
- Translating customer insights and market trends into successful products.
- Supporting product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Managing the complete product lifecycle, from concept through continuous improvement.
- Monitoring market developments, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
- Identifying new business opportunities that drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Bring We're looking for someone who combines technical curiosity with commercial thinking.
Ideally, you'll have:
- Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or a strategic technical role.
- Background in construction technology, machine control, heavy equipment, civil engineering, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with international cross-functional teams.
- A proactive mindset and passion for innovation.
- Fluency in English.
