We're looking for a PR & Events Specialist to join us and help us bring our clients' stories to life through PR activities and Brand activations.

About the Role

HYLE is looking for a junior professional to join the team and support the management of PR, partnerships, events and brand experiences across our client portfolio. We are looking for a dynamic and highly organised person with previous experience in public relations and events, who is comfortable managing multiple projects and building relationships with clients, talent, media, partners and suppliers.

Key responsibilities

- Support the day-to-day management of PR activities and relationships with agencies, media, talent and partners
- Research partnership, collaboration and product placement opportunities
- Support the organisation and production of events, brand experiences, press trips and talent activations
- Coordinate with clients, venues,



suppliers and other project stakeholders
- ⁠Prepare presentations, briefs, guest lists, schedules and project materials
- Monitor activities and collect relevant results and data
- Prepare reports, recaps and post-event and post-activation analysis
- Maintain and update media, talent, influencer and partner databases
- Support the team in managing client deadlines, priorities and deliverables

Requirements

- Previous professional experience, even at a junior level, within a PR or events agency, communications team or similar environment
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence working with different people and stakeholders
- A proactive, reliable and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Availability to attend events and travel when required
- An interest in the luxury, lifestyle, design, hospitality, automotive and yachting industries
