Posizione The internship will take place in the quality function in quality plant area.

The candidate will collaborate with the Quality Plant Manager in the execution of activities related to the Quality Plant.

In Particular, After Having Acquired The Necessary Knowledge In Terms Of Products, Processes And Reference Standards, He/she Will Be Involved In Particular In The Following Activities

- Participation in defining and, where necessary, monitoring quality within production and plant processes.
- Training on the application of the procedures and management tools referred to therein
- Participation in internal audits involving customers




- Verification of the implementation of corrective actions following any non-conformities identified during customer audits
- Verification and resolution of any product and process quality issues

Skills To Be Developed

- Knowledge of the reference context, of the products and processes and of the reference standards system
- Knowledge of methodologies for evaluating and developing quality performance
- Ability to work and relate to work groups
- Ability to communicate and present complex data
- Using problem solving techniques

Tools And Methodologies To Be Learned

- Requirements of quality (ISO9001), environment (ISO14001) and safety (ISO45001) management system standards
- Integrated Management System
- 8-D problem solving techniques
- Risk management techniques

Requirements

- Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
- Postgraduate courses/specializations in Quality are a plus
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language

Internship allowance: € 600 per month + canteen meal
