- Manage the complete operational process for FCL and LCL ocean export shipments.

- Handle bookings, shipping documentation, bills of lading, VGM and shipping instructions.

- Coordinate with ocean carriers, customers, suppliers and overseas partners.Ensure the accuracy of documentation and compliance with operational procedures.

- Monitor shipment progress and provide customers with timely updates.

- Manage customer relationships directly throughout the shipping process.

- Identify and resolve operational issues.

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in the same role within an international freight forwarding company.

- Extensive experience managing FCL and LCL ocean export shipments.

- Strong knowledge of international ocean freight procedures and documentation.

- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve operational issues independently.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Accurate, reliable and well organised.Strong team-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work with a high level of autonomy from the outset.
