Night Front Office Agent (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Front Office during the night hours, we are looking for a service-oriented and responsible Night Porter (m/f/d) who ensures a safe, attentive and first-class guest experience throughout the evening and night.
Your Tasks
- Ensuring smooth, quiet and secure hotel operations throughout the night
- Personally assisting our guests during the late and night shift and handling the night phone
- Organizing and providing Room Service upon request
- Professionally handling emails, guest requests and feedback
- Maintaining and updating guest data in the hotel management system
- Preparing and completing administrative tasks for the following day
- Ensuring a thorough handover of all relevant information to the morning team
Your Profile
- Professional experience in upscale hospitality, ideally at the Front Office
- Experience with ASA-J and ReGuest is an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office and common hotel management systems
- Strong guest and service orientation
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- Friendly, well-groomed and professional appearance
- Willingness to work late and night shifts and ability to make independent decisions during quieter night hours
- Very good English, German and Italian skills
