Uniflair Spa è alla ricerca di un Ingegnere Meccanico, da inserire con contratto di lavoro full time.

Il/La candidato/a ideale dovrà possedere una laurea triennale o magistrale affine, o in alternativa un diploma di perito meccanico.

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno di un team di progetto integrato (parte meccanica, elettrica, software e manualistica) e si occuperà dello sviluppo di progetti riguardanti la componentistica meccanica tramite l’uso del software Solid Edge. I progetti potranno riguardare lo sviluppo di nuove gamme (PMP), il sustaining delle gamme attive (PEP) oppure commesse altamente dedicate per clienti specifici (CSP). Nello sviluppo del progetto partirà dalla stesura dello schema frigorifero, passando poi alla progettazione di modelli 3D/2D con l’utilizzo di software di progettazione quali Solid Edge, collaborando sia con il progettista elettrico per la definizione degli aspetti di comune competenza (posizionamento del quadro elettrico, passaggio cavi etc.) sia con l’intero team.

Procederà inoltre con la codifica degli articoli e alla creazione/modifica delle BOM macchina, completando le attività trasversali sui prodotti del portfolio, tra cui la realizzazione di mappe saldatura. Inoltre, la risorsa partecipa alla fase del progetto a monte dello studio, progetta e sviluppa nuovi prodotti e sottoassiemi, valida il design e soluzioni complesse attraverso l’esecuzione di test e la realizzazione di prototipi. Le soluzioni adottate dovranno essere testate con indipendenza e, nella sua specifica area di competenza, con responsabilità.

Alcune attività potrebbero includere il coordinamento di profili meccanici junior all’interno di un team di progetto.

Attività e responsabilità

- Riporta al Resource manager e si allinea alle linee guida di progettazione definite;
- Segue l’intero ciclo di vita di un progetto, dalla fase di sviluppo (costruzione del circuito frigo tramite sviluppo di lamiere metalliche, tubazioni, ecc.) fino alla produzione, occupandosi nello specifico:
- della modellazione tridimensionale (mediante software Solid Edge),
- della messa in tavola a cad. In questa fase si relaziona coi fornitori per eventuali dubbi costruttivi;
- della Codificazione (sistema PLM+AS400);
- Si confronta costantemente con il Team Leader del progetto discutendo di problemi tecnici, costi, performance del prodotto ed eventuali criticità sopraggiunte;
- Fornisce assistenza pratica nella fase di costruzione del prototipo, fornendo altresì istruzioni tecniche
- Si interfaccia con l’Area Industrialization per le modifiche in seguito a prototipi o produzione tracciate tramite sistema JIRA o PEP
- Prepara il documento delle specifiche di fabbricazione (CIS), in collaborazione con il Responsabile della Produzione / Ingegneria di Stabilimento, e si occupa della sua corretta registrazione e aggiornamento.
- Coopera nella supervisione dell’attività produttiva, soprattutto nella fase di prototipizzazione;
- Si interfaccia con l’antenna tecnica per verificare anomalie e deroghe sulla componentistica, e con il Purchasing, per verificare la correttezza e fattibilità dei prezzi indicati dai Fornitori nel preventivo;
- Nel corso dell’attività mantiene le informazioni riservate;




- Recepisce ed attua la metodologia 5S;
- Si assicura che le attività vengano svolte in modo che soddisfino appieno i requisiti di qualità stabiliti dall’azienda e quelli richiesti dal cliente;
- Rispetta i requisiti della normativa PED;
- Supporta la stesura della documentazione tecnica con immagini o informazioni;

Qualifiche richieste

- Esperienza pregressa di almeno 2 anni di lavoro in ambito progettazione meccanica di macchine industriali (con preferenza per macchine per la climatizzazione)
- Buona conoscenza dei sistemi frigoriferi per il condizionamento
- Capacità di redazione di uno schema frigorifero secondo le normative vigenti,
- Capacità di lettura di disegni tecnici
- Conoscenza cad 3d (possibilmente Solid Edge)
- Persona motivata, con doti di problem solving, capace di lavorare in un atmosfera dinamico matriciale con più stakeholders
- Alta organizzazione personale e abilità di teamworking
- Ottime capacità di relazione e comunicazione, capacità di analisi e di sintesi
- Ottima predisposizione al lavoro di team
- Conoscenza inglese B2
