Mandarin Oriental Cristallo, Cortina is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead the pastry and bakery operations during pre-opening and ongoing operations across all outlets. You will report to the Executive Chef and shape menus, setup, recruitment and training to ensure exceptional quality and presentation.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in pastry leadership within luxury hotels, strong cost control, HACCP, and a passion for innovative dessert concepts aligned with Mandarin Oriental standards.
