Senior Solution Delivery Specialist

Follows up solution implementation and ensure consistency between initial requirement and final delivery;
Lead and execute test phases for internal functional test and customer validation;
Define and maintain solution design, traceability, and change requests coordinating software factory, operations, and IT;
Support operations in process discussion and understanding;
Act as the primary point of contact between the software factory and business operations, mediating priorities and decisions;
Deliver WMS solutions from requirements gathering through functional, integration, and acceptance testing—up to cut-over, go-live, and hypercare;
Reports bugs, support in identifying problems and provide resolutions using root cause analysis;
Interacts with operations engineer and process owners to help refine business specifications for new functionalities and process improvement;
Monitors progresses and reporting according to KPI's identified;
Communicates and exchange with the customer and internal stakeholders.
Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering is preferred;
Proven experience in the supply chain and logistics industry;
Hands‐on WMS experience, Blue Yonder knowledge is a plus;
3-5 years in software delivery/solution implementation;
Quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applications and technologies as needed;
Strong attitude for understanding and analysing large amounts of data from multiple sources;
Present organized and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience;
Provide timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors;
Capable of planning own and others workload in dynamic environments with shifting priorities;
SQL knowledge is mandatory while experience with Jira, Confluence and Xray is a plus;
Fluent in Italian and English; any additional European language is a plus (ideally French).

The expected pay range for this position is €40,000 – €45,000 gross annual salary.
