Innovation Roundtable is Europe's largest network of innovation executives in large companies. We organize workshops, conferences, and executive meetings where innovation leaders share experiences and learn from one another.

We are a fully remote international team looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and improving processes across the organization.

The perfect candidate has a natural drive and need to increase efficiency, and is curious about AI and the use of AI tools for various parts of the job.

About the Role

As our Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our corporate members from onboarding through renewals, and using modern technology to create an efficient and flowless communication and registration process. You will work closely with senior professionals from some of the world's largest companies, helping them get the most value from their membership while ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

This role combines relationship management with operational coordination and implementing technology for process improvement. One moment you may be speaking with a member about their participation in an upcoming workshop, and the next you may be updating CRM records, redesigning the registration system, or coordinating with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Events, and Program teams.

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an outstanding attention to detail, and is comfortable taking ownership of their work.

What You'll Do





· Manage a portfolio of corporate member accounts end-to-end (onboarding, renewals, and day-to-day relationship management with senior stakeholders)

· Improve and/or redesign the registration system

· Use AI tools every day

· Support member onboarding and ensure a smooth experience from day one

· Drive participation in workshops, hosted events, and the annual Summit through proactive outreach

· Manage membership seat allocations

· Coordinate member registrations and help improve our registration processes over time

· Keep CRM records and member information accurate and up to date

· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Program teams to ensure a consistent member experience

What We're Looking For

· Excellent written and spoken English

· Strong communication skills

· Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

· Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines

· Willing to work with AI tools daily

· Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks

· Quick to learn new systems and technology

· Comfortable working in a remote, international environment
