Role Description The Junior Product Developer will support the end-to-end development of new lingerie, homewear, and sleepwear products in a full-time, on-site role based in Carpi. Day-to-day activities include assisting with concept creation, researching trends and materials, and collaborating with senior product developers and designers to refine product specifications.

The role involves coordinating with production and sourcing teams, contributing to technical documentation, and helping ensure product quality and fit standards are met.

The Junior Product

Developer will also monitor sample development, gather feedback from internal stakeholders,



and support timelines to ensure collections are delivered on schedule. This position offers the opportunity to learn the complete product lifecycle in a fast-paced, fashion-oriented environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for effective collaboration across design, production, and sourcing teams.
- Candidates should possess skills in Research and Development (R&D;) and Product Development to support innovation in materials, styles, and garment construction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Product Management to assist with planning, timelines, and coordination across the product lifecycle.
- Candidates should ideally have exposure to Food Technology or other technical disciplines, demonstrating analytical thinking, process orientation, and familiarity with industry standards, even if not directly applied to apparel.
- Relevant additional qualifications include a degree or diploma in fashion design, textile engineering, product development, or a related field; basic understanding of garment construction and pattern making; attention to detail; and good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Carpi, willingness to learn, proficiency with common office and design tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, basic CAD or design software), and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset are highly beneficial.
