We are looking for a JUNIOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER based in SCANDICCI (FI).

Main Responsibilities:

- Ensure all activities related to industrial cost control, including monitoring material purchases and analysing direct labour costs and production efficiency.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting, with a strong focus on profitability and variance analysis.
- Oversee inventory accounting and prepare reports on warehouse accounting movements and industrial accounting (raw materials, semi-finished goods and accessories).
- Supervise inventory counts of raw materials and finished products.
- Analyse and monitor production performance indicators.
- Develop KPIs to support business analysis.

Requirements:

- 1/2 years of experience in a similar role




- Degree in Economics or Management Engineering.
- Good knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Good command of the English language.
- Knowledge of industrial accounting principles and variance analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive attitude and a strong team-oriented mindset.

- Indicative starting compensation: €32,000
- Annual premio opportunity in accordance with the Company's internal agreement
