Key Results / Main Accountabilities
- Update accounts receivable and issue invoices.
- Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations.
- Payable control, checking and tracking for supplier’s and employee’s payment requests.
- Bank account operations (payments, receivable tracking, F24).
- Preparation of other journal entries (General Ledger: labor costs, accruals, referrals etc.) to ensure all business transactions are recorded, in accordance with the national OIC accounting principles.
- Account reconciliations
- Tax obligations, VAT settlement, F24, 770.
- Management of the Assets Area with relative control of depreciation.
- Collaborate on the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
- Monthly reporting according to the IFRS GAAP.
- Follow the factoring credit.
- Relationship with external auditors and Internal Audit; Tax consultants, banks.
- Internal administrative interface, with Customers and Suppliers.
- Be part in SAP systems implementation.
- Check accounts in the local accounting system and SAP during the implementation process and after go live.
Professional Experience & Skills
- 5-7 years professional experience, with passion in the automotive industry.
- IFRS GAAP knowledge would be a plus.
- SAP knowledge is a must.
