IT Support Engineer (Chinese Speaking) 技术支持专员 Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle management of logistics software, including testing, upgrades, releases, and deployment.
- Coordinate the implementation of new features and system updates, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Provide first-line IT support for system-related issues, including troubleshooting, debugging, and user assistance.
- Support both Chinese- and Italian-speaking users in identifying and resolving technical problems.
- Act as the main liaison between the HQ IT team and the Italy operations team, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Apply a product-oriented mindset to understand user needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to the enhancement of application functionality.
- Collect and communicate user feedback to the development team and help translate business requirements into practical system solutions.
- Ensure that IT processes and system functionalities are aligned with user requirements and business objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, process optimization, and innovation across logistics and IT operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.




- At least 1 year of experience in IT product management, logistics systems, application support, or a related field.
- Experience in software development, testing, debugging, or technical support is a plus.
- Good understanding of software applications and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across IT, operations, and development teams.
- Fluent in Chinese and Italian; good English communication skills are a plus.
- Strong sense of ownership, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Legally eligible to work in Italy.

What We Offer Minimum gross annual salary (RAL): €28,000

13th and 14th month salary
