Role Description We're looking for a highly motivated Grants & Operations Intern to work directly with the CEO and support both strategic and operational activities. You'll gain hands‐on experience in startup operations, innovation funding, project management, and executive support while contributing to real business initiatives from day one.
What You'll Do Innovation Funding Research European, national, and regional funding opportunities
Support the preparation of grant applications and project proposals
Assist with project documentation and reporting
Help coordinate activities with partners and consultants
Operations Support administrative and operational processes
Help manage contracts, suppliers, renewals,
and documentation
Executive Support Work closely with the CEO on strategic initiatives
Assist in organizing meetings, priorities, and special projects
Help improve internal processes and operational efficiency
Who You Are Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in Economics, Management Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
Excellent written and spoken Italian and English
Comfortable using Excel, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Previous experience with grants, startups, or project management is appreciated but not required. xkiyazw
