Extracurricular Internship in After Sales Process Management Are you enrolled/fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering, Business Management/Administration or related fields?

Do you speak fluent English and Italian?

Do you have good organizational and communication skills?

We are looking for brilliant candidates with a strong passion for the Automotive sector and the right motivation to take on a 6-month Internship in a dynamic and international context based in our After Sales Department at our Sant’Agata Bolognese headquarters.

The project will focus on supporting the staff at Lamborghini involved in:

- Analysis and mapping of existing After Sales service processes
- Review and optimization of procedures related to main Service activities
- Definition and standardization of operational workflows
- Drafting and updating of official Service procedures and documentation
- Support in continuous improvement initiatives within the After Sales area

In Order To Meet These Targets, You Will Need

- Fluent English and Italian, German will be a plus
- Enrolled/Fresh graduated in a Master's degree in Management Engineering,



Business Management/Administration or related fields (please note that no thesis project is foreseen for this opportunity)
- Strong analytical skills
