About the role

As a Finance FP&A; & CFC Controlling Intern,



you will support the Regional Finance team in analyzing business performance, monitoring costs, and providing insights that will help drive decision-making. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Cost Controlling, and Business Performance Management while working closely with experienced finance professionals.

Your responsibilities

- Support the preparation and analysis of monthly and annual P&L; reports.
- Analyse business performance, identifying key trends in revenues, margins, and profitability.
- Assist in the monthly closing and planning process for commercial fixed costs across the Region.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and leadership teams.
- Collaborate with Finance and Commercial stakeholders across different countries within the Region.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
- Support ad hoc financial analyses and business cases.

The experience we're looking for

- Master's degree or final-year student in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Fluent English
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools.




- Interest in leveraging AI-powered tools to improve analysis, reporting, and productivity is highly appreciated.
- Knowledge of Power BI, SAP, or other data visualization and planning tools is a plus.

What you will learn

By the end of the internship, you will have gained:

- A solid understanding of Profit & Loss dynamics and business performance drivers.
- Practical experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Cost Controlling.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills using finance and business intelligence tools.
- Exposure to regional business management and strategic decision-making processes.
- Greater autonomy in identifying insights and proposing actions to improve business performance.
