For a prestigious international company experiencing strong growth and recognized as a leader in its industry,we are looking for an International HR Business Partner.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with business leaders to understand organizational needs and define HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Managing the employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, development, performance management, and internal mobility initiatives.
- Supporting managers in employee relations matters and fostering a positive and high-performing work environment.
- Leading and implementing organizational development projects to enhance effectiveness and employee engagement.
- Driving talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, coaching, and retention programs.
- Analyzing HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborating with international HR teams to ensure consistency in organizational design, compensation practices, and workforce planning.
Your Profile
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources roles within international organizations.
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in complex and multicultural environments.
- Strong knowledge of talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
- Experience in HR analytics and KPI reporting.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation package and organizational level will be defined according to experience.
CCNL Metalmeccanico, liv. B3 or Quadro
Indicative salary range: EUR 55,000 - EUR 65,000 gross annual salary, plus benefits.
