In this role you will support Europe HVAC Management on Pan-European business growth and profitability through commercial analysis, pricing management, performance monitoring, inventory optimization, strategic planning, and sales incentive administration.
Key roles and responsibilitiesBusiness Management & Commercial Support
- Develop and manage pricing strategies for key Pan-European customers.
- Conduct profitability analysis, pricing simulations, and margin performance reviews.
- Support customer negotiations, business presentations, and contract approval processes.
Business Performance & Pipeline Management
- Monitor sales, profitability, costs, and business performance across Applied business segments (ISC R32, AHU, FCU).
- Analyze project pipelines (Spec-in, Award, Lost) and identify profitability improvement and growth opportunities.
- Provide business insights and performance reporting to support management decision-making.
Inventory & Supply Management
- Oversee inventory and stock performance across Europe.
- Forecast inventory requirements through sales, pipeline, and demand analysis.
- Coordinate buffer stock management, inventory optimization, and cross-subsidiary stock reallocation.
Product & Market Performance Monitoring
- Track R32 transition progress and Multi V business performance across European markets.
- Analyze sales, profitability, product mix, pricing trends, and support market expansion strategies.
- Monitor controls business performance and related commercial indicators.
Business Planning & Reporting
- Prepare regular management reports, forecasts, executive presentations, and strategic business reviews.
- Deliver analytical insights and recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
Sales Incentive Administration
- Manage sales incentive calculations, validations, and payment processes.
- Ensure KPI accuracy and coordinate incentive-related activities with sales, finance, and management teams.
Required qualifications, skills and experience
- Academic background in Business Administration, Financial, etc.
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant working experience in Sales / Marketing / Business Planning.
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Very good knowledge of Business Planning & Strategy, Financial Analysis & Profitability Management, Commercial Pricing Strategy, Inventory Management, Business Pipeline & Opportunity Management.
- Excellent MS Office skills (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Excellent ability to communicate with various functions and levels of organization and customers. xysqume
- Fluent in English and Korean language is critical; additional European languages are an added value.
