? Reporting to: Head of Group Controlling & Consolidation

Join Crealis Group and make an impact on industrial performance! We are looking for an Industrial Controller to support our Bar Top Business Unit, acting as a key business partner to Operations and Manufacturing teams.

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving financial discipline, monitoring operational performance and supporting strategic business decisions in a dynamic international manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product and process standard costs
- Analyze variances between actuals, standards, budget and forecast
- Monitor industrial cost centers and key cost drivers
- Track manufacturing performance, productivity and efficiency indicators
- Prepare monthly financial and operational reporting




- Support month-end closing activities in collaboration with Accounting
- Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes for the Business Unit
- Perform profitability analyses and support cost improvement initiatives
- Partner closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Quality teams
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects and control processes

What We Are Looking For

✔ Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines

✔ 4-6 years of experience in industrial controlling within a manufacturing environment

✔ Strong knowledge of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis

✔ Advanced Excel skills

✔ Experience working with ERP systems (SAP is a plus)

✔ Fluency in English
