OffertaManage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level, in Italy marketNegotiate annual commercial deals (price lists, promotions, assortments,
trading terms)Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accountsEvaluete sales performance (sell-in / sell-out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPI'sWork closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launchesBuild and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managersManage forecasting and commercial planning activitiesMonitor market trends and market players, with a strong focus and functional dairy segmentReport to National Account ManagerBased in LuxembourgCompetenze ed esperienza A successful Key Account Manager GDO should have:2-5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager within Modern Trade (GDO)Background in the FMCG sector, preferably food / dairy xysqume or FMCGSolid experience in negotiations with the Italian GDOStrong analitic skills and ability to manage customer P&LPerformance; mindset and strong customer orientationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFluent English and ItalianWillingness to travel across ItalyLocation· Luxembourg (role-based)EducationDegree in Economics, Marketing or related fields (preferred)Other SkillsEntrepreneurial and proactive attitudeAbility to work alone as well as in a teamFlexibility and strong problem-solving skillsComfortable working in dynamic and structured environmentsCompleta l'offerta Ottima occasione di carriera.
