What You'll Do
You will join BCG Milan’s HR Department, within the EMC (East Mediterranean & Caspian) Career Services & Alumni team, for a six-month internship. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across key HR processes related to Career Coaching, Community Management, and Consulting-focused HR services.
You’re good at
- Taking initiative and bringing creative solutions to day-to-day operations and special projects;
- Crafting written content for newsletters, updates, and communication materials;
- Helping plan, organize,
and deliver events that facilitate connections and upskilling;
- Collaborating with other Business Services teams, as well as Regional and Global networks, to ensure effective engagement and relationship management;
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of relationships with external companies and Alumni networks to support high-value partnership building.
Please mind that the role will be focused on the activities listed above, but not limited to them.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree (a specialization on HR topics will be considered a plus);
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) in Italian and English;
- Creative mindset and problem-solving skills;
- Positive and proactive attitude and commitment;
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
