As maitre, you will define and lead the state-of-the-art service delivery we want our clients at Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura to experience.

Key Accountabilities Coordinate and manage the “Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura” restaurant, responsible in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager Define, supervise, and ensure a state-of-the-art service delivery Greeting and escorting guests with a professional and positive attitude Oversea the flow of guests within the restaurant Take care of the administrative work involved Supervision and responsibility for mise en place proper preparation in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager Manage eventual clients’ complaints exceeding their expectations Oversea and pro-actively deal with guest queries and complaints Advising guests on menus & beverage choice Job Requirements Solid and significant experience in the hospitality and tourism industry as Maitre Previous experience in luxury contexts will be prioritized.

Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken. Additional language command will be prioritized.
