- Floor Service: Welcoming guests, taking orders, upselling and providing table service for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Bar Support: Assisting the bar team with coffee service, basic drinks, and serving appetizers.
- Event Management: Setting up and serving during private parties, themed nights, and live music sessions.
- Guest Relations: Sharing knowledge about our menu and services.
- Operations: Ensuring the cleanliness, organization,
and aesthetic standards of the dining and common areas; end of day closure and reports, using CRM and operational system.
Qualifiche
- Languages: Native Italian speaker; basic to conversational English (must be able to speak and understand English for basic daily guest interactions). A third language is a fantastic premio.
- Soft Skills: A team player with a problem-solving mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility: Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Vibe: A genuine passion for the hospitality industry and the unique, cosmopolitan atmosphere of modern hostels.
