Field Sales Representative (Rome / Milan)

We are one of Europe's top-rated dog supplement brands, already sitting on the shelves of hundreds of pet shops across several markets. Italy is next, and we are building the first sales team here from scratch.
This is a ground-floor role. You are not joining a big Italian sales org with a fixed script. You are the person who opens the market.
What you will actually do
Visit pet shops in your city every day, around 10 to 12 stores. Pitch our starter pack to the owner, set up our POS display in the shop, and leave it there working for you. Follow up by phone with the stores you have already visited to take repeat orders. Report directly to me, not to three layers of management.

What you need
- Italian at native or near native level
- English good enough to work with me and the founder day-to-day
- Experience in sales, ideally face-to-face
- Own car and a valid driving licence
Formal years of experience are not a filter. What matters more is that you are sharp, comfortable walking into a store cold, and you actually want to build something rather than just clock hours.
