Our client, a full-service law firm, is looking for a Trusts & Estates Associate.

Billable hours: 1850 and 300 investment time hours

Schedule: Hybrid 3/2

Duties

Estate planning, estate and trust administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and trust and estate litigation.

Research and learn complex rules of gift, estate and generation skipping transfer tax.

Qualifications

3-5ish years of experience in a law firm

Experience or desire to learn irrevocable trusts, SLAT trusts, and asset protection.

Experience dealing with inbound foreign investment xkiyazw in the U.S. by non-resident aliens or dealing with outbound planning in foreign countries by U.S. citizens is a plus

Tax experience, or experience dealing with the IRS
