ERM Italy – Milan (Hybrid) ERM Italy is looking for a motivated Environmental Consultant belonging to Categorie Protette – L.68/99 to join our growing team.

Responsibilities Support the preparation of technical proposals and cost estimates, ensuring alignment with client needs.
Communicate effectively with project stakeholders (colleagues, subcontractors, laboratories, regulatory representatives, tenants, and clients) during project preparation and potential fieldwork.
Assist in environmental data quality control, interpretation, visualization, and preparation of technical reports.
Contribute to high‐quality project delivery by supporting Project Managers and meeting expectations related to quality, budget, schedule, and assigned scope.
Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental discipline (e.g., earth sciences, environmental sciences, hydrology/hydrogeology, geology, geochemistry, environmental engineering).
Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Knowledge of Italian environmental and H&S; legislation.
Belonging to Categorie Protette – L. 68/99 (mandatory).
Previous experience in environmental consulting is considered an advantage.
Proactive, detail‐oriented, and pragmatic, with strong problem‐solving skills.
Collaborative team player able to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently when needed.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear technical reports.
Commitment to health & safety, following established protocols.
Knowledge of GIS or data management tools is a plus.
Annual salary range: €30,000 - €36,000.
