The Digital & IT Analyst supports the development, management and implementation of Information Technology systems and services for the Location and Division, providing solutions with automation and AI.

Your day-to-day Support, maintain, and improve business applications, infrastructure, ERP systems, digital operations tools, and global business systems. Develop, deploy, and manage Digital IT, AI, automation, data, and process solutions aligned with Division and business objectives. Act as a strategic business partner by understanding, documenting, improving, and communicating business processes.

Provide user support, training, documentation, and first-line support for business applications. Lead or participate in IT projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with Parker, Division, safety, confidentiality, security, SOX,



and data standards while supporting infrastructure duties and technical troubleshooting.

Looking For University

Degree or equivalent experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, automation and AI tools SQL and programing knowledge Infrastructure and network knowledge Fluency in English and Italian is a must What We Offer Solid employer present on the market for over 100 years.
