Your Mission As an Italian‐speaking Customer Service Representative , you will be the voice of a leading global consumer brand. You will:
Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Italian
Deliver high‐quality, empathetic, and solution‐focused service
Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Collaborate with international teams to deliver fast solutions
Become a product expert through structured,
paid training
What You Bring Native or fluent Italian (C2)
English (B2) level
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Strong customer‐first mindset & team spirit
EU passport or valid Greek work permit
Salary &
