Your Opportunity The Customer Service Intern, directly reporting to the Customer Service Manager and operating in a dynamic and international environment, will be focused on supporting back-office activities across both B2B and Retail channels, working closely with Customer Service team a different company functions to ensure operational accuracy, timely execution, and a customer-oriented approach.
How You Will Contribute
- Developing knowledge of Ginori 1735 products, collections, and product catalogue.
- Supporting customer order entry activities and generating related order confirmations.
- Assisting in pre-sales activities, including the management of sample orders, complimentary products, and products on approval,
following the process from order entry to delivery.
- Providing support to customers and sales teams through the creation of mailing lists and the distribution of commercial and marketing materials, such as visual guidelines, price lists, and dedicated documentation.
- Preparing files and databases based on specific customer requests.
- Supporting complaint management activities, including claim verification, replacement order entry, and return process handling.
Who You Are
- Degree in Economics, Languages, or a related field, or a high school diploma in Languages or Business Studies.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Fluent Italian and English required; knowledge of French will be considered a plus.
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong attention to accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
