Skills Required

Educational background in technical or scientific disciplines

Familiarity with problem-solving methodologies (e.g., Ishikawa, 5 Whys, Root Cause Analysis)

Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel,

Word, PowerPoint)

Leadership, persuasion, and coordination skills

Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards

Knowledge of VDA standards

Knowledge of customer requirements related to claim management

Knowledge of the SAP ERP system
