About the Role Arturo Palomba Gallery LLC is seeking an exceptional Creative Director – Art, Fashion & Design Collaborations to develop projects connecting contemporary art with fashion, design and international creative culture.
Based in Milan, the successful candidate will create and lead collaborations between artists, fashion brands, designers, architects and creative companies.
The role combines creative direction, contemporary art, fashion, design and international project development .
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative collaborations between contemporary artists, fashion brands and designers.
- Conceive artist-led fashion and design projects.
- Develop creative concepts for exhibitions, installations, campaigns and special projects.
- Collaborate with fashion houses, design studios and international creative brands.
- Identify artists and designers for cross-disciplinary collaborations.
- Direct the visual identity of selected Gallery projects.
- Develop projects around Milan Fashion Week and Milan Design Week.
- Coordinate photographers, filmmakers, stylists, designers and creative teams.
- Develop limited-edition and collectible design collaborations.
- Lead creative presentations and pitches for external partners.
- Supervise creative production from initial concept through final delivery.
- Identify emerging trends across art, fashion, design and contemporary visual culture.
- Represent the Gallery at international art, fashion and design events.

Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Proven experience in creative direction, fashion, design or contemporary visual culture
- Strong portfolio of professionally delivered creative projects
- Excellent understanding of contemporary art, fashion and design
- Experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams
- Strong visual judgement and concept-development skills
- Ability to manage both creative and commercial objectives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Italian is highly desirable
- Availability to work in Milan and travel internationally
