To lead our Bar, we are looking for a creative, inspiring, and passionate Chef de Bar (m/f/d) who will develop and shape a distinctive five-star bar concept through exceptional expertise, a unique personal style, and genuine hospitality.

Your Tasks

- Overall responsibility for the Bar, including quality, operations, profitability, and team leadership
- Developing and implementing a distinctive bar concept with Alpine character and international appeal
- Creating and continuously refining a signature cocktail menu featuring creative, classic, and contemporary creations
- Developing premium alcohol-free alternatives and an elevated mocktail culture
- Designing a unique aperitivo experience as an integral part of the hotel's hospitality philosophy
- Developing and managing the lounge concept to create relaxed moments of enjoyment throughout the day
- Acting as a visible host behind the bar with an active presence and direct guest interaction
- Ensuring personalized, attentive, and professional five-star service
- Leading, training, and developing the Bar team
- Managing the beverage menu, assortment, inventory, purchasing, costing, and stock control
- Maintaining and continuously developing the selection of spirits, wines, and beverages
- Ensuring and continuously improving quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Working closely with the General Management, Kitchen, Restaurant Service, and Management team

Your Profile

- Several years of experience as Chef de Bar, Bar Manager, or Head Bartender within luxury hospitality or fine dining
- Passion for modern bar culture, cocktails,



and premium beverages
- Creative personality with a distinctive signature style and a strong awareness of international trends
- Experience in developing signature cocktails, mocktails, and innovative bar concepts
- Outstanding hospitality mindset and genuine enjoyment of direct guest interaction
- Inspiring leadership personality with excellent organisational skills and a hands-on approach
- Excellent knowledge of mixology, spirits, wines, and beverage culture
- Strong commercial understanding with experience in costing and inventory management
- High quality standards, precision, and exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent English skills; German or Italian is an advantage
