The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Office: Milan ON-SITELanguages knowledge:French (C1/C2)English (C1/C2)Tasks:

- Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone/chat/e-mail
- E-commerce and after-sales support:



assisting customers in their online purchasesContract:Tempo pieno 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a weekRAL: 21-23KQualifications:
- Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
- Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.What we offer:
