Description: This is a full-time on-site role as a Assistant Manager. As an Assistant Manager, your tasks are working with Store Manager, being responsible for the day-to-day management of the sales team and ensuring the highest level of customer service,
improving every sale, as well as bringing new clients, and improving teams CRM goals. On operational side, the tasks are organising the stock procedures, minimising stock losses, maintaining clean sales and stock floor, effective communicating and training the team on product information and daily/weekly/monthly/yearly KPI's, supporting the sales team on target achievement and supervising the daily operational tasks, such as circle counts, VM checks and reports etc.
Profile: Strong interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills Proven sales and management experience Organisational skills Attention to detail Fluency English is a must; multiple other languages is a plus We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism. The ideal candidate has experience driving CRM initiatives, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset. They possess a positive attitude and a genuine passion for the fashion industry.
