As a Platform Account Executive for Italy, you'll join our Platform Specialist Sales team and serve as a trusted advisor to assigned customers. You'll partner closely with Core Account Executives to unlock the value of Salesforce Platform — including Data Security, Governance, Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), and Agentforce — helping mission-critical organizations innovate securely and at scale.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

- Develop and maintain a dynamic Territory Plan while collaborating with Core Account Executives to identify and progress Platform opportunities across assigned customer.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders — including C-level engagement — navigating complex procurement frameworks and compliance requirements.

- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, exceeding quota for Platform Cloud products while sharing relevant customer success stories to demonstrate value.

- Enable and align internal teams, Salesforce Partners, and Consultants to effectively identify, qualify, and progress Platform opportunities in your territory.

You're Our Person If...





- You have a proven track record of meeting sales targets and navigating complex deal cycles in SaaS, with experience selling into Enterprise accounts.

- You bring strong knowledge across Data Security, Compliance, Governance, DevOps, and Business Continuity — either through direct sales experience or deep subject matter familiarity.

- You demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop and execute territory strategies independently.

- Even Better If...

- You have prior experience selling into HLS and/or Manufacturing organizations with familiarity with compliance and regulations frameworks and regulatory constraints.

- You have experience collaborating in a specialist or overlay sales model alongside core account teams.

- You are fluent in Italian and English

The typical base salary range for this position is 57,950 EUR to 77,550 EURannually. Collective Bargaining Agreement: Contratto collettivo nazionale di lavoro del commercio. Level: Impiegati Livello 1
