Order Handling and Customer Support Manager

Manager / Team LeaderIn this role you lead the Local Division Order Handling team to manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process, ensuring on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction. You will implement and refine customer service strategy, collaborate across functions, and drive continuous improvement including AI-based order-entry automation. customer-centric cultureEnsure end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution for domestic and export markets with compliance and policy adherenceBuild and maintain proactive customer relationships and drive rapid issue resolutionDrive continuous improvement and digital transformation within Order Handling, including AI-based order entry automationCollaborate with business counterparts to optimize processes and lead cross-functional initiativesSolid experience in Order Handling, Customer Support, or related Order-to-Cash rolesProven leadership experience with ability to develop people and foster accountabilityStrong knowledge of SAP and end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (order management, shipping docs, invoicing, transportation, trade, compliance)Customer service excellence mindset and track record in dynamic environmentsEffective communication in Italian and English (written and spoken)
